i was watching the tyra banks show.
and they were interviewing this black lady.
who havent been dating any guys for quite some time.
even though she claims to have met so many guys.
she admits that there were hardly black mens who was perfect for her.
and cnfessed that it was getting kind of boring and lonely.
so then tyra asked her,
was is her ''type''.
she then started listing them one by one.
she threw out a whole chunk of them.
she wants a black men only.
claims that white men always have bad intentions with women.
A sophisticated man with manners and respect,
who is highly educated.
yet she wants one that is not too much of a nerd,
but more of those men that lives in the hood.
someone with style.
she used kanye west as an example.
she wants someone who hide their noes behind books,
yet love to club at the same time.
a taller man is more ideal.
and he must be way older too.
he must have straight white teeth.
and always keep a clean cut.
and the list still continues.
i can hardly remember them all.
after listing everything,
audience were then allowed to ask hr questions.
and honestly,
she ticked most of them off.
be it women or men.
but of course everyone is entitled to their own opinions.
so honestly,
is this women still single just bec she expects too much from a guy?
or is it just an excuse as to why she is still single?

There were some audience who confronted her.
saying that she way way over the line.
some claimed that she should love someone for who he is.
while there were some who says its not about the looks,
or how clever he is.
its how he makes her feel.
and sure he feels the same too.
there was another who suggest her to change him.

Do these type of people really exists?
haha.
obviously each of us have our preferences.
but that doesnt mean we have to apply them to every aspect of our lives right?
Like for example.
take me for instance.
i like really tall guys,
but just bec my bf isnt very tall, i wont want him.
we just have to learn to appreciate what we have.
but if we do get what we prefer,
its just a bonus.

after all,
love isnt about being perfect right.
its about being happy.

then there was one questions,
tyra asked if its better to love a stranger and start from scratch,
or to try and love again the one who u had loved before?
what do you think?

went out to geylang with my fam,
to get our raya clothes.
sadly, mine's not ready yet.
we had dinner there then headed home.
the fasting month hasnt started yet.
but geylang was already packed with people.
and those preparing for the bazaar.
i cant wait!

i felt very repugnance.

it would be more polite if they stated that they need someone who is bilingual.
what were they trying to imply?
i shant say.

hello!
i finally have the time to update.
so lets start.

on 23 which was the friday,
i stayed at home the whole day.
and at night,
headed to rais's house for his kenduri with amira.
hakim and fit went there first.
fit said something abt me which is so tk perlu ehk.
and i didnt believe him.
until rais's makcik tegur me too. lol.
thanks eh.
went home at 11.30 to record my parents indo show.
which happen to be the last episode too.
ok best!

24 was our 9th!
we didnt do much.
we didnt had sufficient cash aniway.
we ate at fish and co.
then headed ehub to watch meet dave.
laughed our hearts out playin games at the arcade.
since we had 10 bucks free.
lol.

25 was stuck at home,
due to massive mense cramps while bf worked.

and 26 and 27 was work.
had a lot of fun though.
and i miss working there.
and definately the friends too.
nad slept over yest.
lol.

so i'm off today.
gotta shower now.
meeting bf soon!

i've been spending more days then usual at home.
and i have been watching the olympics game on tv!
haha. rather interesting though.

i didnt had work on tues.
so me, bf, amira and my maid went for a swim.
we havent been doing that for so long.
ate at kfc aft tt.

on wed,
i worked at 6.
bf too.
i had to train this girl on her first day lah.
i dont like.
haha.
there's so many trainees these days.
so good.
so relaxing.
haha.

thurs was spent at home with the bf.
we caught some old dvdx.
then nad dropped by at night to do her proj.

today was suppose to work.
haha.
i spent my day lazying around.
finishing up our book.
watching tv.
oh. and this little angel drop by in the afternoon.
so adorable lah!!!!!!!!!

yesterday was so splendid!
i wished i had more days like yesterday.

our usual plan to wake up early has nvr been accomplished.
so i met bf close to 2.
while nad had lunch with her fam at pizza hut.
we headed tm to get nad's gift.
then headed to vivo for lunch at ljs.
headed to sentosa by monorail.
and the q was super long.
lucky for us, dad got 8 islander pass.
so we made our way through the crowd,
and before we knew it,
we were at sentosa alrdy.
The first thing we did was bought the tics to song of the sea.
we got it at 6 instead of 8 with the pass.
we then proceed to the blue line to get to the underwaterworld.
but then realised tt we would have wasted our money since dolphin lagoon was alrdy closed.
and the price of the tixs include both places.

instead we went for the 3d log ride.
and the got d tics at 12 instead.
it was fun lah.
but it was packed.

after that,
we walked around sentosa while waiting for nad and her bf to come.
finally met them infront of cafe delma.
we slacked for awhile.
then me and bf headed for songs of the sea.
kite mcm jakun lah cn.
seriously.
it was very nice lah.
worth the 6 bucks.

met up with them back to ride the skyride and the luge.
as usual, someone was afraid.
i even had the time to take off my slippers,
and take pictures of us on the ride.

d 4 of us wanted to race all the way down.
but a rock got underneath mine.
so i couldnt move.
bf waited while i slowly make my way down.
then as soon as the rock was out,
we started playing around.
we even had time to take d camera out lah.
haha.
d 2 of them was curiously waiting downstairs,
asking us what took so long.
hahahahaha.

we then parted from them as they took the cable car
while we took the monorail.
takpe eh syg,
nanti kite nye turn.
hehe.

wanted to eat at tcc,
but ended up at swensens instead.
we took bus home aft tt and reached abt 1.30 am.

as for today,
i'm rotting at home while bf is at work.
i feel like a pig.
haha.

i cant sleep.
its becoming a habit.
more like a routine.
so i had ample of time to download game trials.
and aft 2 hours of clicking,
my little fingers got too tired.
and so were my eyes.

i then read my old entries.
and cant help but compare.
how much of a different i was back then.
my feelings were very well potrayed with every entries.
and its like as though that was an entirely different person.
and i kept asking,
how did i become like this?

oh well.
so i didnt get to celebrate the national day as i was working.
oh wait.
thats basically what i have been doing this entire week.
on the 10th,
i was working at PS.
then had to work at wisma aft my break as they didnt had enough staffs.
true enough,
they had only 1.
its a whole different environment working at a boutique and a counter.
but i had plenty of fun there though.

the next morning i had to report to scotts to rearrange their entire storeroom.
super fun and relaxing.
but too bad i had to return,
as one of PS staff went mia.
haha.
after work,
me and bf headed downtown to ela's and khalis's chalet.
couldnt sleep over bec i worked the next day.

tues was jourey to d centre of the earth with amira and bf.
we pizza hut-ed first b4 that.
bec i finally got my pay.
lol.

wed was work at ny aft so long.
and ken was nice enough aft what happened on tues.
i wont retell.

and so was thurs.

yesterday was a full shift.
and yet i couldnt get horizontal even though i was too damn shagged.
weird.

i've been keeping myself occupied these days.
to get things off my mind.
i'm sure everyone have their fair shares of prob.
i just feel that it could be better if someone had ur back.
until at least, you thought so.
i'm uncertain about what i feel this moment.
towards anything.
i certainly do know what i want.
but its just upsetting.
like they say,
expectations brings dissappointment.
sigh.

should have gone with our plan today lah nad.
just bec my bf says he got no money.
we could have gone with the guys instead.
for some reasons, i feel like getting drunk.
hahahaha.
okay ignore me.
